I cook with passion and care for the product
For me, cooking is passion and taking care of the product I’m using. What matters most is that I make food with feelings and attitude—so every dish has a purpose.
I learned in school—and by doing it every day
I learned at cooking school and by doing. I started young, worked in many kitchens, and I’ve grown through real service, real guests, and real responsibility—up to leading as a head chef.
I work with attitude in the kitchen
My secret in the kitchen is working with attitude. I bring focus, energy, and respect for the ingredients, so the experience feels confident and memorable from start to finish.
